About these terms

This website is run by Qallann Consulting Limited, trading as Qallann Marketing, a company registered in Kenya (“Qallann”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use qallann.com and when you buy a service or product through it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Larger engagements are covered by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Using this website

  1. Articles, guides, tools and templates on this site are general information. They are not advice for your specific business, and you act on them at your own judgement.
  2. Text, frameworks, images and downloads on this site belong to Qallann or its licensors. You may read them, link to them and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy, resell or republish our materials, or use them to train AI models, without our written permission.
  3. Please do not misuse our forms, try to reach parts of the site you have not been given access to, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.
  4. Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
  5. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Buying from us

  1. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in Kenya shillings.
  2. Payment is taken at checkout through Paystack. Your purchase is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation email.
  3. We will tell you before you pay if a purchase depends on information you need to provide, or on a date being available.

Events and Clinic seats

  1. A seat at an online event or Marketing Diagnostic Clinic session is for the named person who booked it. Each attendee receives their own joining link.
  2. Cancellations, refunds and seat transfers follow the Online Events section of our Refund Policy.
  3. Case seats include preparation work, which must reach us by the deadline we give you, usually two weeks before the session. If it arrives late, we may not be able to cover your case in full.
  4. Observer seats do not include a case review and cannot be counted towards a case seat.
  5. If we cancel a session, or move it and you cannot attend the new date, you can choose a seat at another session or a full refund.

The Market Read

  1. We start work once we have your payment and the information requested in the intake form.
  2. Delivery dates run from the day we receive complete information. We will confirm your delivery date when we start.
  3. Findings are based on what you share with us and what is publicly available at the time.

Online courses

Course access is for the person who bought it and may not be shared. Access continues while the course is offered on our platform.

Results

Our services give you analysis, recommendations and tools. Sales, leads, rankings, media coverage and other results depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee them.

Our liability

Our total liability for a purchase made through this website is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or business, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
