The Challenge

Kazi App, a Kenyan-based start-up, sought to empower small businesses in the informal sector by connecting them with potential clients through their mobile app. While the app presented a powerful solution to help small businesses grow, Kazi needed a robust digital strategy to position their brand effectively in the market and reach a wider audience. They also required expert management of their Android app’s visibility, user acquisition, and retention.
