The Challenge
Pentagon Admissions, a Kenyan-based start-up specializing in admissions consulting for top-tier universities in the US and UK, approached Qallann Marketing Agency with a bold vision: to establish themselves as a premium brand offering personalised, data-driven, and professional services. They wanted to help aspiring students secure spots at prestigious institutions through expert guidance, but had no existing digital or brand identity. They needed a partner to bring their entire business idea to life—from crafting their brand identity to building an engaging, user-friendly digital presence.
Qallann Marketing Agency was tasked with a full-scale project that encompassed everything from Branding & Positioning to Web Development, Lead Management, and Digital Marketing. Pentagon Admissions sought not only a strong brand presence but also robust tools to manage leads and client interactions efficiently, allowing them to focus on growing their business.
Phase 1: Establishing a Strong Brand Identity
Brand Discovery & Development:
We began with an in-depth brand discovery session, during which we collaborated with Pentagon Admissions to understand their mission, target audience, and market positioning. The goal was to establish them as a premium, trustworthy, and professional brand capable of guiding students through the highly competitive admissions process.
